Service was very good. We parked our rv in a mall lot and I wanted to visit a friend downtown there the rv couldn’t go. Called for a ride. Was there in less then 10 minutes. Good ride. Amicable driver. Was a good option for the circumstances.
Horrible Horrible service, I called and reserved a day ahead of time for a taxi to bring me to Brandon. I had an air shuttle that was going to bring me from Brandon to Winnipeg so I can take my flight. The driver never came, I called the company and the operator lied to me about the taxi being on its way. Eventually I realized the Cab wasn’t coming and called another cab. Still missed my flight….. Really unprofessional.

Lost a loyal customer
Day dispatcher is great. That's my only praise, he's been around since before I started taking this company.
However, I just can't anymore.
Called for a cab because my taxi chit is for this company, first I waited 5 min on hold, then the dispatch hung up on me while I was telling them where to pick me up, waited another 7 minutes on hold with no answer. I had to get to my child or risk leaving them unattended and afraid so had no choice but to call another company. They refused to reimburse me for the cost despite the fact I had to take another cab and only have a chit for their company, I have a receipt to go with it. Ever since the new owners took over the service has severely declined. I make bookings after 3pm that drivers don't show up to( 4 times now), the cologne on most of the drivers leaves me needing my inhaler and a severe headache. I had been a loyal customer at this service for 9 years and just can't do it anymore.
6 months prior to this I called for a cab, clearly requested the movie theater and then got a call saying they were here. They were at some business in the north end. They said they would be right here then left me here and wouldn't even answer the phone. Time to get your act together 4 way. I'll be looking for a more reliable company if it happens again
Nice enough drivers, during the day they show up. If you have any issues with strong scents or colognes they can not garuntee a scent free cab.
Used them today. Called ahead and booked a time. Driver showed up two minutes before he was supposed to. Waited, drove without any crazy moves, was very polite. Cab was clean and smelled clean. Took a couple of back streets to avoid traffic. Best cab ride I've had in a long time
I sent a email asking a question, to this day, 2 weeks later no reply. It's a non issue now but if you don't know how to take care of your customers someone else will.
168 helped me with my groceries in superstore till my door step. Really appreciate this company and the drivers.
Used there best app to call cab. 168 pickme up. And took the best and cheapest way to my home. Highly recommend.
